Returns & Refunds Policy
Core Charge
When you see an additional charge to the price of the part identified as Core, it means that you must or can deliver the used part, as long as it is not altered, rusty, crushed or unusable (it cannot be rebuilt). Upon receiving the used part, one of our specialists will evaluate it to determine if it meets the minimum requirements to return or credit the money billed for the Core charge. Core's charge cannot be reduced from the price until we have the used part accepted by our specialists. If the price does not carry a Core charge then we will not accept your used part.
Core Refunds
Cores must be returned within 1 month of the purchase date to receive a refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the core. The cost of the core will be refunded after the part is inspected. You will not receive the core refund if it is rusted solid, smashed or otherwise unusable/not re-buildable.
Cancellations
Cancellations or orders that are in progress, and canceled by the customer will be subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee. (depending on the status of the order)
Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The parts must not have been installed. All warranties and liabilities of products are null and void as a result of improper installation, improper use, modifications of products and/or abuse of products. Any adjustments after installation can only be handled via the product warranty (the manufacturer).

Incorrect, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of the time the products were received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the 15% restocking fee, within the next five days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@miautopart.com

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
